My breakdown service cover contacted Able Assist to collect my car when I broke down, response time was very quick and they were very responsive on the phone with updates. Alex, who came out was great in explaining next steps. Highly recommend.

Was driving down the A45 when the coolant thermostat housing ruptured and I lost all coolant. Brad arrived ahead of schedule and was absolutely stellar with getting my vehicle recovered for it to be repaired, extremely professional and good chat. Will use them again based on the way Brad took care of my car.

First class service. The driver called ahead, plus it was clear he was a true professional. His recovery vehicle was immaculate, as was the driver. He took so much care to ensure he loaded my car in the best and safest way. He took the car to my nominated garage and by the time I arrived he had booked it in and had started to unload. From my call to LV to my car ariving at the garage was under 3 hours.

Broke down on the A45 near the Queen
Eleanor Interchange and the angels must have been looking down on us, as within seconds the chap from Able was behind us, coning off the carriageway to keep us safe. He stayed with us until our own recovery arrived over an hour later. Cannot thank him enough….heroes don’t always wear capes! Highly recommend!

Alex was with us this Sunday morning, he is a great guy and a professional. He informed us about all the process and very kind with my younger son. Thanks to able asist, we are having a great service.
